Shipping Guidelines:
Most orders within the Continental United States ship for a flat $7 shipping fee. Alaska, Hawaii and all International orders will incur increased shipping charges. Handbags may cost up to $15 depending on the size of the box needed. Rings and other items with a value over $400 will generally cost around $25 to ship, though it may be more depending on particular factors. These items will require a signature upon delivery.
When will my order ship?
Ready made items will be shipped within two days of placing your order. Custom orders will ship as soon as they are ready.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email with your tracking information.
What are your delivery options?
We ship USPS Priority on most items under $400. Item's shipped over $400 will be insured and shipped overnight via Fedex. Items shipped over $400 must be signed for upon delivery, and start at $25 but can be more.
What is your returns policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EXCHANGES AT THE DISCRETION OF FOX AND BEAUX WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. THERE MUST BE NO SIGN OF WEAR OR USAGE.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, ship internationally. Please contact us for International delivery estimates.
How do I exchange an item?
Please contact Fox and Beaux if you would like to exchange an item for other items or store credit. Products must not show signs of wear. Exchanges at the discretion of Fox and Beaux Boutique.
